Tick your game's features → see per-region rating-jump risks, “err high” questionnaire answers, and the official source behind every rule.
Regions: USK (Germany) · PEGI (Europe) · ESRB (North America) · Russia (436-FZ). Built for indie devs submitting through IARC storefront portals (Nintendo eShop, Epic, Google Play, …).
This tool is not legal advice.
It is a research prototype that summarizes public rating-system rules with citations. Rules can be outdated or wrong; regional bodies apply judgement case by case. Always verify against the official rating authorities and storefront policies before you submit an IARC questionnaire. Rules compiled 2026-09-08.

1 · Your game's features
Does the game sell randomized virtual items for real money (loot boxes, gacha, card packs, prize wheels, mystery awards — directly or via purchasable virtual currency)?
Can players create or share content that other players see (maps, levels, images, custom text, comments)?
2 · Per-region results
3 · How enforcement actually bites
4 · Before you fill the real questionnaire
The IARC questionnaire itself is free, takes minutes, and can only be filled inside each storefront's developer portal — this page is a pre-check companion, not a submission tool. The standing industry rule of thumb from devs who survived delistings: “typically to overstate, go slightly higher if necessary rather than shoot low, so that sudden de-listings didn't happen” (NintendoLife, 2021). Every “Err HIGH” answer above is that instinct, made explicit and sourced.
Keep evidence (screenshots of moderation UIs, purchase gates, scene timestamps) — rating authorities can ask for “supporting evidence – such as video clips or a build of the game” when you request a rating check.
